After the great success of the last three editions, the Comitel & Partners is thrilled to announce the 23° edition of ART CITIES EXCHANGE, finally again in person!
ACE, the most important workshop for the international promotion of your touristic offer about mice, incentive, leisure and luxury sectors, will take place on the 19th and 20th of November in Rome at the Crowne Plaza Rome - St. Peter's (Via Aurelia Antica, 415 - 00165 Rome Italy - www.crowneplaza.com/rome-stpeters)
The workshop of the event will take place in the morning and in the afternoon on Friday 19th and only in the morning of Saturday 20th November 2021.
There will be B2B meetings (scheduled and free) between representatives of the Italian tourist offer and important international tour operators.
* The program could be changed according to the sanitary restrictions (covid-19) in effect on the dates of the event.
During the ACE 2021 event you can have tailor-made b2b meetings in presence with 90 top buyers from different countries: Europe and ExtraEurope.
The meetings will be both pre-arranged, through an online networking platform where you can manage your appointments agenda, and there will be also a session with free b2b meeting to have more opportunities for business contacts.
In the networking platform, both sellers and buyers could view all the profiles of the participants and could select those who will be most interesting for their business.
During the event, we will provide the catalogs of all participants and further networking opportunities can be created during the lunches with all the buyers and during the party dinner on Friday 19th November.

The cancellation policies are the following:
Cancellation within 60 days from the beginning of the event: refund of the 100% of the amount already paid
Cancellation within 30 days from the beginning of the event: refund of 50% of the amount already paid
OVER THAT PERIOD THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS
The Organization reserve the right to cancel the event if the minimum number of 50 sellers is not achieved, in this case the entire amount paid for the excursion will be refunded. If the event can’t take place due to unforeseeable events beyond our control (sanitary emergencies like covid-19, wars, terroristic acts, acts of vandalism, eruptions, riot, strikes etc..), we will refund you or freeze the fee of participation in so far as our suppliers refund us what we have paid. If at the event the no shows and the cancellations (buyers) are more than the physiological trend due to the above mentioned situations, beyond our control and that involve the city in a clear way, Comitel & Partners can not be held responsible in any case for failure to reach the goal. The Comitel & Partners will not be responsible for any losses, damages or accidents occurring during the event.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 30/07/2021
We are getting ready to ensure a great event in total security, complying with all health and safety measures in force at the event dates.
If the event cannot be organized in person, there will be an online edition.
