ACE22 - ART CITIES EXCHANGE – ONLINE EDITION
Art Cities Exchange (ACE), the most important workshop and promotional event of the Art Cities, comes back with its 22nd SPECIAL ONLINE edition, from 16th to 18th February 2021.
After the great success of the previous editions, ACE 22 wants to give continuity to this important project, improving and increasing the international demand, especially in the fields of MICE, luxury and leisure tourism. We expect more than 3,500 business meetings, with scheduled appointments between buyers and sellers, set by using a networking platform aiming to optimize the b2b meetings by viewing their profiles online.
The invitation will be sent to a hundred of the most important foreign tour operators, coming from ALL OVER THE WORLD, previously selected through rigorous assessment procedures.
We kindly remind you that a limited number participants (buyers & sellers) will be allowed to join the event.
3 DAYS: 16th - 17th - 18th FEBRUARY 2021
This online edition will give you the chance to meet BUYERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD and make important business connections despite the ongoing situation with COVID-19, via a user-friendly, web responsive platform, where offer and demand meet online!
You will get your own login details to access the networking platform through which you will be able to build your own agenda. The links to the appointments will be displayed on your calendar. You will instantly manage a video, audio or web meeting from a conference room, your desk or a remote location via your Mac, PC or mobile device. You will receive also a brief user manual to learn how to work on the platform.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, 15th January 2021
The participation fee for a seller is € 520,00 + VAT (22%), for the members of Federalberghi Association and for Comitel&Partners’s Customers the participation fee is € 470,00 + VAT (22%).
The participation shall be paid by Friday, 15th January 2021 using one of the following options:

The cancellation policies are the following:
- Cancellation within 10 days from opening of the networking platform: refund of the 100% of the amount already paid
- Cancellation from 10 days to the day of the opening of the networking platform: refund of 50% of the amount already paid
- OVER THAT PERIOD (after the opening of the networking platform) THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS
If the event can’t take place according to the scheduled agenda, due to unforeseeable events beyond our control (medical emergency such as covid-19, technical interruption of online platform or Internect connection, wars, terroristic acts, acts of vandalism, eruptions, riot, strikes, etc..) that involve the countries of participants in a clear way, we will evaluate the possibility to keep the fee for future events or to refund the fee (also partial).
However, if some of the meetings planned by ACE ONLINE cannot be carried out, due to unforeseeable events beyond our control (see above), Comitel & Partners will not in any case be responsible for failure to achieve the pre-established goal.
Furthermore, there will be no charge for any losses you suffer.
